The latest additions to our battery of  cnc swiss automatics.......

Citizen K-16's are the newest generation of cnc swiss machines. We have just added these machines, complete with magazine bar loaders, to handle medium to high volume orders. These machines have live milling, cross drilling, cross tapping, rigid tapping and subspindles that can perform secondary operations, simultaneously, while the main spindle is machining the front side of the part. At 32 meters per minute acceleration, these machines are fast too. The new Citizens allow M&M Specialties to be very competitive on higher volume work.
 

 

Production Equipment


These cnc swiss type machines have front and rear spindles which allow us to process both ends of a part simultaneously. This feature works together with the seven live milling/drilling spindles giving us the capability to produce parts complete with no additional machining operations.

On a daily basis, we use these machines combined with "lean manufacturing" principles to manufacture super high quality parts and still maintain the highest productivity levels in the turned parts industry. This results in our customers consistently receiving premium quality parts without paying the inflated price usually associated with parts made to this level of quality.

       

This cnc swiss type machine allows us to process parts up to 1.250 inches (32mm) in diameter. Live milling and two spindles allows us to produce your parts complete with no second operations. Because our parts are not processed across several different machines, we maintain quality levels previously unachievable in the screw machine industry.

 

 

Our cnc lathe department runs 24 hours a day, same as our cnc swiss department. When you place an order with M&M Specialties, you can rest assured your parts will be manufactured quickly and to the highest level of quality.

Quick machine setups help us keep productivity up and costs down. Using lean manufacturing techniques, our cnc machinist are masters at setup time reduction.
