Quality

Quality control begins at the machine. Each machine has it's own dedicated inspection area equipped with all the measuring instruments needed for each particular job.	These Mantis stereo viewers allow our associates to do visual checks at 20x magnification right at the machines.

We have five Mitutoyo toolmakers microscopes in our Q.C. lab and also located in the inspection areas throughout the plant. These instruments allow our associates to measure critical features at 30x magnification.	There are four Gagemaster and Mitutoyo optical comparators located in our Q.C. lab and throughout our plant. Our associates always have quick access to a comparator which ensures each operation is running well within control.	Our Mycrona Primus is fully cnc controlled and capable of measuring parts using it's vision system, touch probe or laser sensor. This multisensor vision system allows M&M to verify many difficult to measure part features and gives us full 3D measurement capabilities.
